So what is one good habit/pattern that can help you change your life and make it better? For me it’s learning to recognize my patterns of thinking and feeling. This can be difficult for some people, but it’s very easy to do, but if you really want to be able to see the patterns that you have and see how they are affecting you, learn to recognize them.
I am not a big fan of “lifestyle posts” or “life hacks.” I think they should focus on a certain issue, like nutrition. Or how to change your sleeping pattern from sleeping too much to sleeping enough. Or how to lose weight. Or how to find a better dentist to get your teeth in better shape. I also think there’s something to be said for self-awareness.
I think that being self-aware is something that we can all strive for. It can be something that we can all do. For example, if you are unhappy with your dental hygiene, you can do yourself a favor and go to the dentistry clinic. Or if you are in a financial bind, you can visit your financial planner. Or if you are having trouble finding a dentist that you like, then you can call your dentist, or go online and ask them.
I think the best way to be self-aware is to do it yourself. That is, to start by looking for ways to improve your own life. And then to do it. If your dentist visits you, you might be a little uncomfortable, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting more comfortable. Dental hygiene is something you can improve. Financial planning is something that can be done. And so on.
