Not available. The reason I’m saying this is because I’ve tried to incorporate the idea of self-awareness into my daily life and I’ve been a bit unsuccessful. In the past, I’ve tried writing about my life and it’s impact on me. I’ve tried talking to someone about my life and it just went nowhere.
It’s easy to imagine it going nowhere. It’s also easy to imagine it going nowhere fast. I’ve had some success with talking to others about my day, but the problem is that it’s not easy to get the other person to understand how they affect me. Ive had a few people try to explain it to me, but the conversations have always seemed like they were from someone who didn’t understand what was going on in the moment.
For me, it’s been one of the more frustrating experiences in my life. Ive tried everything from talking to myself, to writing letters, to talking to people about my day. None of those approaches have been helpful when it comes to getting a person to understand what I’m going through.
It’s all about the moment. The moment you need to remember what you’re doing, and how it affects you. When you can’t remember the last time you ate breakfast, the last time you ate lunch, the last time you ate dinner, or the last time you slept, the only way to get some closure is to ask yourself, “What am I doing right now?” That’s exactly what Vahn has done.
The good ones are easy. The ones that are difficult are where things get really hard. If youve ever been in a relationship, you know what I mean. We are all so used to being a part of a routine that nothing comes easy. If you find yourself on autopilot for a long time, you wont think about your relationship. You will start to forget what you were doing at any given time. You will not be able to remember your everyday stuff.
I’m not sure if I feel that way about my own relationships, but I feel like I am constantly forgetting something important because I am on autopilot. I do not have a routine. I constantly forget when I should be doing something. I forget what I should say in a conversation at a certain point in the day. I forget what I was talking about when I was talking to someone I liked.
Now you can’t really forget that you are on autopilot. For a while, it’s true, you’ll probably start to feel like you are not yourself. But at some point, you’ll be able to recognize that you are the same person. You will no longer feel like you are forgetting what you were doing. This is the point at which you will be able to put yourself back together again.

I think for me, that point is always there, as clear as day. When I started doing this podcast, I took it as a challenge to try to remember what I was doing on average every day, to go back to being me when I’m not doing anything. The harder I tried to do that, the more I felt like I was slipping back into a role, and my mind would start wandering a lot.
I think it is because we think a lot about what we are doing and how it relates to who we used to be. But this is not what happens if we just try to live our life without worrying about who we are becoming. I think that’s why it’s so hard to be back in the old self.
