I love cooking. I love to create. I love to bake. I love to cook, bake, bake.
You see, we were talking about the things we like to do most when we were kids. And we were talking about the things we don’t like to do most of the time. Which is why a lot of our lives have been spent in the kitchen.
No matter what you like to do, it’s usually a pretty good idea to make sure you can cook it well. I mean, if you’re a guy, you should probably do the dishes. If you’re a girl, you should probably clean the bathroom. If you’re a black belt, you should probably do the push-ups. If you’re a white belt, you should probably do the crunches. And if you’re in a band, you should probably do the music.
I know I am talking about cooking. Its hard not to. But what I mean is, when I first started cooking, I had no idea what I was doing. I was an amateur. And when I finally got a recipe or a technique down, I felt like I had finally found something I could do. But I still feel like I didn’t cook enough.
For a long time, I felt so confident cooking and baking that I thought that I could cook anything I wanted and I could figure out how to do everything on my own. But now I think that there are certain things that you have to have some sort of manual before you can cook. I think that being able to cook something the perfect way from scratch is pretty big, and I think that being able to cook something that tastes great and is healthy and that you can eat is pretty huge.
