It’s the same awareness of how you are, and what you need to do, but it is much more detailed than the level of self-awareness of being aware of your emotions and feelings.
So, the level of self-awareness, the meta-cognition is the level of self-awareness that is the ability to decide what you are going to do with your life at the moment. It’s the ability to analyze a situation and make a choice about what to do in that moment.
