5 Cliches About in all You Should Avoid
This is the third time this year I’ve shared a recipe with you. This time I have a recipe that I made with local ingredients. I’m not a big fan of recipes that require a ton of steps, but this one is fairly quick to make.
This recipe uses the common kitchen utensil of the kitchen, the knife. It’s also one of those recipes I’ve always wanted to make, but never did because of a lot of hassle. I think this recipe is a great example of why.
This particular recipe is one I’ve made a few times already, but this time I wanted to try an old recipe that I remembered. The ingredient I’m using is the egg yolk. I use it to make a base for my homemade mayonnaise.
Egg yolk is a common ingredient in the kitchen too, but it’s a strange one. I think what makes it so strange are the little chunks of yolk that fall off while cooking, the way it’s used, and the way it can go rancid. I mean, I’ve made mayonnaise with egg yolk before, and its usually pretty yummy, but this stuff is like the best and most yummy we’ve ever had.
My brother and I like to make mayonnaise with egg yolk. It has a very nice, slightly sour taste, but not as bad as with vinegar or lemon juice. I add a few drops of lemon juice to the mayonnaise, and some salt too. The salt gives it a slight tang, and the acid helps it to blend.
I always make a small amount of mayonnaise with egg yolk, and I always add a bit of lemon juice. The lemon juice is so that the mayonnaise is less acidic. I think you can tell that the lemon juice helps the mayonnaise to mix. I usually add a dash of cayenne pepper to the mayonnaise too.
You can play with the acidity of the mayonnaise without adding salt, but I find it easier to add salt when the mayonnaise is too acidic, because I think the salt dissolves more easily. Just add a tiny bit of salt or lemon juice after all, and you’re good to go.
