Why You Should Focus on Improving hr coordinator salary
I have been a HR manager in the field for over two decades in various capacities. I have held staff positions at a number of companies in the field and during my career as a manager and director of HR. I also have worked in the area of HR for several years in the fields of marketing and human resources. I have been with my current company for over five years, I have been with them since 2006.
My highest level of compensation is associate’s salary, but I am the only full-time associate in my current company. The other associates in the HR department are part-time, so they receive less in salary. The compensation for other departments is also less and varies by department. So the total compensation for the HR department is less than what I receive from the company.
I am not sure if you can tell, but this isn’t an HR department per se. It is only the HR department that manages people’s compensation.
I think it would be awesome if all of the associates would be paid the same, but I think that is likely to not happen.
HR is one of those departments that are not necessarily based in HR, it’s more like the “other” department of the company or the “other” department of the organization.
