As for employing, it’s never a bad idea to have a partner, whether it’s a coworker or a friend. It’s easy to see how a collaborative relationship can be a great way of making a new employee feel more comfortable and less alone.
I’m not saying that everyone should hire a friend in hopes that the person will be there for them, but having a friend or coworker can make a person more comfortable in a new environment and less anxious about meeting new people.

You also want to be picky and choose your partner wisely. A relationship should be based on trust and respect, not just friendship or liking someone at first sight.
Employers understand this because they don’t really want to be around people who can’t be trusted. In a new job, this can be especially true because of all the bad things that can happen to people if they’re not seen as reliable. But this doesn’t mean that employers should just fire people or that their partners should be fired in a heartbeat.
Employers need to be able to make reasonable decisions. They need to be able to see if their new person can work well in a team and if theyre able to work well with people who arent themselves a team player. If you dont understand how to do these things, it can be very hard to retain your job.
For the most part, the reason people dont like being a work partner is because they are not a team player and the work they do isnt team-work. It could be that the job isnt too taxing, but it may be that something is wrong. The people at the company need to decide if they think that the work they are doing is team-work.

We tend to think in a very particular way about how we want to work. And even if you dont believe in all of what we believe in, we tend to have a lot of different beliefs.
Work is just another word for “commitment.” When we feel strongly about something, we commit to it. The thing is, it’s not the same as being committed in some other way. If we want to be committed to a goal, we want to do something that is consistent with our beliefs. If we want to be committed to our beliefs, we are going to make a consistent effort to see if there is something about our beliefs that is consistent with our actions.
