9 Signs You’re a crosstour Expert
This is the best way to go about a self-confidence boost.
If you’ve lost confidence in your ability to achieve your goals, then your goal is likely to suffer. You can start by writing down what you need to do to start achieving your goals.
That may seem counterintuitive, but think of this as your goal page. When you write down what you need to do to start achieving your goals, you’re essentially writing down what you need to do to get the confidence you need to hit your goals. I know this might sound simple, but it can actually help you get started on making the changes you need to make to get your confidence going again.
If you need to write down your goals, write them down. Just don’t overdo it because you might just need to take a break to figure out why you were so confident before.
I wrote down a goal and said, “I will work out at my gym,” and then I said, “I will do this for the first two weeks and then go back to the gym for my body fat.” I was so confident that I had already started my workout regimen that day, I didn’t need to go back to the gym for a while after that.
Your brain probably works a lot faster when you’re in the zone. So if you write your goals down and you’re trying to get to that zone, you’ll probably do it. But be careful not to get overconfident. Your brain is all over the place and will have conflicting messages.
It works for me as it does for you, which is why I suggested just recording your goals in your journal and using a timer to remind you. This way you can track your progress and keep track of how long it takes you to reach your goals. But keep in mind that your brain works a lot faster when youre in the zone. So it might take you a while to get used to this new routine.
You might like the idea of crosstours, but you have to be careful if you do it too much, because you might end up feeling dizzy and disoriented. The more you do this, the more dizziness you will be feeling, and you will end up throwing out your journal.
You might be wondering “does this mean I can go back to my old journal?” Yes. If you’ve already read my blog posts about crosstours, you know that I think it’s a good idea. It’s a good way to track your progress, and to keep track of how long you spend in the zone.
