15 Best Pinterest Boards of All Time About consumer services company
The reason I decided to start this blog is because I have had to deal with many companies that I have worked for and have had to deal with their ways of thinking.
You know what I mean. You’ve either been on the receiving end of a company’s “dismissal” letter or the letter the company has sent you. I’m not talking about people who get fired from their jobs and get to live on their pension for the rest of their days or people who get hired and are getting their money’s worth.
Companies that I have worked for, yes they have sometimes been a little, but often not. Sometimes they have been a little but in certain cases they have been a lot.
I have worked for companies that I have felt I have got the worst part of. That part is when you are forced to do something you dont want to do, or in certain cases you are forced to do something that you dont want to do. I think we can all agree that it sucks when you feel like you’ve just been given a task that you don’t want to do, and you have to keep going anyway. Whether it’s a boss who wants you to do something that you don’t want to, or a wife who wants you to do something you don’t want to, there are moments where we are forced to do something that we don’t really want to.
To the point of my own post I mentioned that a lot of the time when I am asked to do something I dont want to do, I want to do it so badly I am willing to spend the rest of my life doing it. I think this is also true of companies that do good work for the society we all live in, yet I think we are rarely asked to do something that we dont want to unless we are forced to do it.
For instance, the company I work for has a very strict company policy, which I do not agree with (I have to say, I am not a fan of it either), but I am paid a certain amount of salary for doing that policy. I think that is a fair use of my time, and if this company is not profitable, then they should have a policy that the amount of money I make is not tied to that company policy.
It makes sense that there might be a company here that you don’t agree with, but it does not make sense that that company should pay you for it. Why would they do that? It is not like they are saying “you have to buy our product so you can keep your job.” If that is the case, then they should be able to pay you for whatever reason you like. If they are really that bothered by what you do, then you should do something about it.
