The answer to all these questions is “no”. It’s because we need to be proactive with our mental faculties in order to change our behavior. We need to learn to change our habits, routines, and impulses. We need to learn to be more mindful of what we do and how we do it. And as we strive to become more proactive, we need to become more aware of what we think and what we want.
The reason we need to learn to become more aware of what we think and what we want, is because in general, our thoughts and actions create our emotions. If we don’t think about what we want, then we won’t be aware of the emotions we feel. We don’t want to be angry, but we might be. We don’t want to be sad, but we might be.
When we’re aware of our emotions, then we become aware of what we want and how to achieve it. In our experience, almost all of our habits and routines are about the pursuit of our happiness. And that is why we need to be more aware of what we want. We want to be happy, and we can be. We want to be healthy, and we can be. We want to be successful, and we can be.
