I’ve been talking about this for five years in this blog post series. The first level of awareness is when we are asleep and when we are awake. We’re aware of our surroundings, our bodies, our thoughts, and our emotions. The second level of awareness is when we’re awake but we’re not paying attention to what’s going on around us.
We call this the 5th level of awareness. Which basically means we are aware of what is happening around us and we are not aware of it. We are also aware of when we are asleep, when we are awake, and when we are dreaming. The only thing we seem to be missing is a sixth level of awareness that is when we are not aware of what is happening around us.
This is the level of awareness where we are aware of what is happening around us and are not aware of it.
Of course, the problem here is this is the only level of awareness we have. There are other levels of awareness, like our awareness of our dreams and the awareness of our emotions. So, the whole point of self-awareness is that we are aware of all of this and we are not aware of it.
You can be self-aware, but not aware of it. We have this experience of “being” ourselves where we are aware of ourselves but not aware of what is happening around us. It’s the same way it is for anyone who has an idea of what a “normal” day-to-day life is like. I could give you a list of things that are not normal, but I don’t want to get into that because it’s not the point.
A lot of people, even though they are aware of themselves, forget to be aware of others. It’s the same way people forget to be aware of their emotions. And then they forget to be aware of that for a moment and then they are just going to get angry and upset. And then I have them on my list of angry and upset people and it seems to be a pretty good guide for them as far as anger being a healthy emotion.
I don’t know the source of this quote, but I think it is on the list of bad habits that are bad for us. So if you really want to make sure you aren’t getting angry and upset about this list, just make sure you know why you’re getting pissed.

The other thing I can suggest is to make sure you know why you are getting angry and upset. I know its hard to not get pissed off about something, but if you dont know why you are getting pissed off, you might just as well just not.
The fact is that when you’re getting pissed off about something, you’re probably not doing it just to be angry. It’s likely that your anger is a reflection of how you feel about something, because if you were actually angry over something you might actually take the time to try to do something about it. I think something like that is what is going on here.
